Skincare Haul: No7, Garnier, Soap and Glory.

Recently I seem to have being buying a lot of new things for myself. I've just been letting myself buy a few things that I know I really want. Today I brought these 3 new skincare products in Boots. I way very pleased with this purchase as I only had to spend 80p of my own money on £17 worth of products! (This was due to receiving a £10 Boots voucher from filling out surveys online, a £5 off No7 voucher given to me after a previous Boots purchase and the moisturiser was currently being sold at a reduced price.) There will be reviews of all these products coming up after I have tried them out for long enough.

First thing I brought and the main thing I knew I wanted was this No7 Beautiful Skin Hot Cloth Cleanser. I've heard that this has been compared to the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser which has been raved about in the beauty community so I wanted to try it out. It says it is suitable for all skin types and the cleanser comes with a muslin cloth. It is currently on sale for £10, available from Boots stores only. (Only £5 if you use a £5 off No7 voucher.)

I brought this moisturiser as I am running out of the one I am currently using (Neutrogena Visibly Clear Oil-Free Moisturiser) and wanted to try something different. I haven't read any reviews on this product previous to buying but thought I would try it out from the description on the box. This product is normally on sale in Boots for £4.99 but is currently being sold at the reduced price of £3.33.

Last thing was this Soap and Glory Flake Away exfoliator. I have heard recommendations for this product and so I brought the smallest size of it to try out. This is currently priced at £2.50 in Boots.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains

Yesterday I brought this Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in the shade Honey. I'd wanted to get this for quite a while, since I saw beauty gurus in America raving about them. When I see something that alot of people are recommending I really want to have it myself and I know I would really want it until I had it. So I let myself get this yesterday as it's currently being sold for £5.99 in Superdrug as an introductory offer.

The packaging of these looks extremely similar to the Clinique Chubby Sticks. The end of the 'chubby crayon' style lip product has a retractable function so there is no need to sharpen it.

There are currently 7 shades available from Superdrug only in the UK. The shade Honey is most similar to my natural lip colour but it comes off a little more of a berry colour which is darker than I'd expected. Although I still love the colour and think I will get a lot of wear out of this. It has a glossy appearance on the lips which lasts a while but the colour stain stays on your lips even longer. It's not at all sticky or drying, in fact it feels very moisturising on the lips. There is also a subtle peppermint fragrance which I love and think that's the reason it has a slight cooling sensation when applied.
